In this position, you will be a competent contact person for our dealers and users for the regions in your area of responsibility. In addition, you will support the installation of new devices and the maintenance of already installed systems.

Your responsibilities

  • You support our dealers in the technical area and are responsible for complaints management in consultation with colleagues and solve open cases in coordination with our headquarter in Japan.
  • You integrate the hardware and software into existing network systems.
  • You train our dealers and continuously develop their professional expertise.
  • You undertake internal projects and tasks for the further development of the technical area "large equipment".
  • You create processes and standards to ensure consistently high service quality.
  • You work independently and directly with medical and dental users.
  • You provide expert advice to our dealers and users for the use and functionality of our products – with more focus on European countries.
  • You independently plan and carry out the installation of 2D and 3D X-ray systems.  
  • You support us at national and, if necessary, international exhibitions and congresses.

You as a person / the „must-have´s“

  • Technical background and confidence in working with IT systems and network technologies.
  • Professional experience in supporting, analysing, maintaining and repairing dental X-ray equipment is desirable - additional experience with dental treatment units would be a real advantage.
  • Good analytical abilities and structured organizational skills.
  • Very good communication skills as well as a skillful and confident manner towards dealers and users.
  • You speak English at least at level B2 (CEFR). Japanese at level N1 (JLPT) and/or German language skills at level B2 (CEFR) would be a plus.
  • High degree of customer orientation and quality awareness.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Driving license class B or higher.
  • You live in the Dietzenbach area near Frankfurt / Main.
